At UST Mamiya, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are committed to working with you to provide a fair and timely resolution.

This Return Policy applies only to products purchased directly from ustmamiya.com. If you purchased a UST Mamiya product from an authorized dealer, retailer, club builder, or fitter, please contact the original place of purchase regarding their return policy.

Return Eligibility

Most unused products may be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Have been purchased directly from ustmamiya.com.
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Be unused and in like-new condition.
  • Include original packaging, accessories, and documentation whenever reasonably possible.
  • Include proof of purchase or order information.

UST Mamiya reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these eligibility requirements.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Unless required by applicable law, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been installed, used, altered, or modified.
  • Products showing signs of wear, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or accidental damage.
  • Clearance, closeout, or final sale items identified at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards.

Promotional, complimentary, or sample products.

Return Authorization

To help ensure timely processing, please contact UST Mamiya before returning any product.

A Return Authorization (RA) number or additional return instructions may be required before a return can be accepted.

Returns received without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error, a shipping error, or an approved warranty matter. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you received the incorrect product or would like to exchange an eligible unused item, please contact UST Mamiya. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, appears defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact UST Mamiya as soon as reasonably possible so we can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. Warranty Claims

Products believed to have a manufacturing defect should not be returned under this Return Policy.

Warranty-related concerns are handled in accordance with the UST Mamiya Limited Warranty Policy.

Return Shipping

Unless the return results from our error, an approved warranty claim, or is otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking, as UST Mamiya is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged while in transit.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

The time required for the refund to appear on your account will depend on your payment provider or financial institution.
