Limited Warranty Policy

Effective Date: June 26, 2026

UST Mamiya is committed to designing and manufacturing high-quality golf products. We stand behind the workmanship and materials of our products and are committed to providing fair warranty support when a manufacturing defect occurs.

This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from ustmamiya.com or from an authorized UST Mamiya dealer or retailer within the United States.

Warranty Coverage

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal and intended use of the product.

If UST Mamiya determines that a product contains a manufacturing defect covered under this Limited Warranty, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product;
  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable product; or
  • Refund the original purchase price, where appropriate.

The remedy provided under this Limited Warranty is the customer’s exclusive remedy.

Warranty Period

Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, this Limited Warranty applies for one (1) year from the original date of retail purchase.

Proof of purchase may be required to verify warranty eligibility.

What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:

  • Normal wear and cosmetic appearance.
  • Improper installation or removal.
  • Improper club assembly or repair.
  • Accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, or unreasonable use.
  • Alteration or modification of the product.
  • Use outside the product’s intended purpose.
  • Damage caused by excessive heat, chemicals, solvents, or environmental exposure.
  • Damage resulting from transportation after delivery.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
  • Products with removed, altered, or illegible identifying markings, where applicable.

Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect product performance are not considered manufacturing defects.

Installation

UST Mamiya recommends that products be installed by a qualified club builder or golf professional using accepted installation methods.

Damage resulting from improper installation or removal is not covered under this Limited Warranty.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact UST Mamiya before returning the product.

To help us evaluate your claim, we may request:

  • Proof of purchase.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photographs of the product.
  • Information about the club build or installation.
  • Return of the product for inspection, if necessary.

Warranty claims should not be returned until instructions have been provided by UST Mamiya.

Warranty Evaluation

All warranty claims are evaluated individually.

UST Mamiya reserves the right to inspect products before determining whether a claim qualifies under this Limited Warranty.

Warranty approval is based on our evaluation of the product and the information provided.

Shipping

If a warranty claim is approved, UST Mamiya will provide instructions regarding replacement or repair.

Responsibility for shipping costs associated with warranty claims may vary depending on the nature of the claim and applicable law.

Disclaimer

This Limited Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Except as expressly provided in this Limited Warranty and to the extent permitted by applicable law, UST Mamiya disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages. As a result, some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UST Mamiya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of its products.

Nothing in this Limited Warranty limits any rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Changes to This Limited Warranty

UST Mamiya may update this Limited Warranty from time to time to reflect changes in our products, business practices, or legal requirements.

When updates are made, the Effective Date at the top of this page will be revised.
